The Space Engineering Challenge by UPT<\/strong> is a national competition that invites high school<\/strong> and university students<\/strong> to design and build advanced robotic systems for space exploration scenarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each year, participants tackle new environments \u2014 from planetary caves<\/strong> to orbital paths<\/strong> or icy terrains<\/strong> \u2014 solving real-world engineering problems inspired by modern space missions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether it flies, drives, maps, or samples \u2014 your robot will help write the next chapter of space exploration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This year\u2019s mission: Design an autonomous rover capable of navigating underground cave-like environments<\/strong>.
    Your robot will face challenges such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Terrain traversal<\/li>\n\n\n\n
